Charlie Dugdale authored this report commissioned by the Building Better, Building Beautiful Commission to carry out research into identifying the cost and value of good quality housing and development schemes. The aim of the research was to identify overall whether there is added value where schemes are developed with quality as an explicit aim compared with mainstream housebuilder-led schemes.
